FeedBank 2.1


FeedBank is a customizable news widget with multi-news support. With FeedBank 2.1, you can now add custom "news keyword" tabs to sort your news by location or topic!

System Requirements
Macintosh OS X 10.4 or later

Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger (or later) is required. If you're using Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, Show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget's icon in the Widget Bar to open it. If you're using a browser other than Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, unarchive it and place it in /Library/Widgets/ in your home folder. Show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget's icon in the Widget Bar to open it.

Known Bugs

  1. I personally like the tabbed news appearance, but I would like to see more choices on the preset list. Overall, one of the best news readers out there and a decent widget.

  2. It would be nice to be able to move between the different tabs with the arrow keys. But nonetheless a rather useful widget.

  4. FeedBank 2.1 doesnt save the preferences, so every restart you have to set your custom feeds again. This way it is not really useful :<
